Empty Properties

When properties become vacant, Bloomsbury EMB and our contractors will strive to minimise the time that they are left empty.  

We will let all properties in accordance with the Birmingham Empty Property Standards.  

When vacating a property; tenants must leave it in a reasonable state of repair and dispose of any rubbish and bulky waste accordingly.
