Bloomsbury EMB currently offer FREE pest control services to our tenants, unlike other providers who charge for most pest control treatments (including mice infestation).

If you believe you may have a Rat Infestation, this will be picked up by Birmingham City Councils Pest Control Team. You can report directly to them via www.birmingham.gov.uk.

If you do not have access to the internet, we will be happy to assist you and report on your behalf.

If you have any other pest related issues (mice, cockroaches etc.) please contact our office. We will then arrange for a Pest Control Inspector to visit you and assess the problem. The inspector will then recommend treatments and any proofing works back to the Technical Team. We will then issue the work to be carried out.
