Name: Mark Clarke
Mark moved into the housing industry in 1993 and has worked on the Bloomsbury Estate for 26 years in various capacities.
Currently responsible for leading both the Technical and Neighbourhood services on the Bloomsbury Estate.
Brief responsibilities.
Ø Overall responsibility for the day to day operations of the organisation.
Ø To work with the EMB Board and look at budgets, business options , opportunities.
Ø To embed the aims and the objectives of tenant led services.
Ø To represent Bloomsbury at local, regional and national level., This has been key since the tragedy at Grenfell Tower hence the work being carried out in partnership with BCC throughout the Estate.
Ø To maximize current working partnerships and develop partnerships which are relevant to the running of the Bloomsbury Estate.
Name: David Jones
David manages Bloomsbury EMB’s Technical and Estate Services department. David is responsible for 13 members of staff including The Maintenance Team, The Caretaking Team and Technical Administrators. David is also responsible for various sub-contractors used to support the services Bloomsbury EMB provides.
Name: Everton McCalla
Everton joined the organisation in December 2014. Everton has worked within the Housing Industry for over 23 years. He currently oversees all aspects of Neighbourhood Management which includes the following functions:
- Customer Service Team
- Support Services (Camrose Tower 55+ Scheme)
- Allocation of Properties (Lettings)
- Financial Inclusion and Income Management (Arrears Mgt/Support)
- Safer Neighbourhoods & Anti
-Social Behaviour (ASB)
- Neighbourhood Management (Tenancy Mgt and conduct)
The team operates from Medway Tower to provide on-site support to the customers of the Bloomsbury Estate. Everton will also work with local agencies to see how they can offer support/assist our residents and key stakeholders.
