- Advice on your housing options such as transfers and mutual exchanges (Home Swapper)

The Neighbourhood Officer can help residents understand their tenancy agreements and deal with all housing tenancy related queries.
We are here to help you with any aspects of your tenancy that you need advice on. If you need to speak with the Neighbourhood Officer, please contact the office on 0121 464 1550 or email us on customerservices@bloomsburyemb.com
We do operate an appointment system for seeing our customers. This allows us to dedicate the right amount of time for us to sit down with you and address any concerns or issues you may have. Our front of house team (Concierge Officers) can book you an appointment to see the Officer at the earliest opportunity.
When you sign for your property, you are signing to confirm that you will comply with Birmingham City Council’s terms and conditions of tenancy. Please see the link below that will help you to understand your conditions of tenancy and your legal obligations.
