Major Works Projects

Birmingham City Council are responsible for Capital Works on the estate. This includes Tower refurbishments, new kitchens, bathrooms, front doors etc. 

Bloomsbury continue to improve the estate with our own budget when possible. This includes roof repairs, refurbishment of communal areas and landscaping.
