Bloomsbury EMB was established in 1989 and was the first tenant management organisation of its kind in the country. We are looking back at how the area has changed and the great work that your EMB has done in the last 30+ years
People have been smoking, spitting and leaving rubbish including food packages in communal areas especially IN LIFTS and on the STAIRS.
This behaviour is unacceptable.
ACTION WILL BE TAKEN AGAINST ANYONE WE SEE SPITTING, SMOKING OR LEAVING RUBBISH IN COMMUNAL AREAS.
We are striving to make the Bloomsbury Estate a comfortable place to live, visit and work. We require your help in achieving this.
Please contact the Neighbourhood Team on telephone number 0121 464 1550 if you see anyone smoking, spitting or leaving rubbish in communal areas
All information provided will be kept private and confidential.

DownloadBloomsbury EMB are pleased to announce that we are working in partnership with Birmingham City Council to upgrade the existing Digital Door entry systems to the Communal Blocks at Medway, Severn, Thames, Victor and Camrose Tower Blocks. Your block has been identified by Bloomsbury EMB to be included in this year’s programme.
The communal fob system must be replaced. The existing doors are suitable for continued use, however the current systems require full replacement. This requires new cabling and containment within the communal areas. The system will be upgraded to a video calling system. The system will allow residents to view the person(s) calling the apartment, providing greater visibility, security and confidence to ensure the communal areas and person(s) permitted access are authorised.
Bloomsbury EMB provided you with the fobs that are currently in use. Your current fobs will continue to work alongside the new system. Any additional fobs will be programmed at the discretion of the EMB.
We are looking to commence work on the new system in early 2023.
For questions, information or any assistance please contact
Trevor Harper – Equans Regeneration Services – 07970235873

If your questions related to your any additional fobs, please contact the EMB team
We are looking forward to conducting these works and will update you soon with installation dates and more information.
Thank you for your continued co-operation.
The flu vaccine can protect young children from getting seriously ill and ending up in hospital. Flu when you are pregnant can cause complications. There has been an increase in hospitalisations in recent week, so we encourage people to get their flu vaccinations at available sites ahead of the Christmas period.
