To complete this work safely and efficiently, we will need to shut down the lifts over a two‑day period.
Maintenance dates:
- Tuesday, 21 April 2026
- Wednesday, 22 April 2026
During this time, one lift will remain operational while the other is taken out of service. We will ensure that at least one lift is available at all times to minimise disruption to residents.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding while this essential work is carried out.
If you have any questions or require assistance during the maintenance period, please contact the team on the email below.
Kind regards,
Adam Harper

The flu vaccine can protect young children from getting seriously ill and ending up in hospital. Flu when you are pregnant can cause complications. There has been an increase in hospitalisations in recent week, so we encourage people to get their flu vaccinations at available sites ahead of the Christmas period. More information can be found on the NHS website.
